Please fill out the details below for artworks and cards that you would like to have on sale on consignment in the gallery.
Please note that for administrative purposes we prefer that when submitting card they are all the same price, as this makes our barcoding system easier, as we do not input the name of each card separately.
For cards you can simply write "card" in the Artwork name and in brackets after that the number of cards you are submitting. You do not need to fill out a field for every card unless they have different prices.
