Joe is a very talented artist, who has been painting for many years. She finds her inspiration for her paintings in the stunning Australian landscapes and offten went camping with her late husband. She took many photographs on trips to use as a basis for her stunning landscape paintings. She loves to paint landscapes and often paints Plein air when possible.

Joe moved to Gawler when she finshed secondary school, but later moved to Mount Pleasant when she married.

Since her retirement Joe has had much more time to focus on her love of art, from drawing to painting and she belongs to a number of art assocations.
